園芸業界を大きく変えた伝説のブランド、invisible inkとTOKYによるコラボレーションモデルの植木鉢。
元々「Rock」というシリーズ名で展開されていたモデルから生まれた、底穴が丸い変異個体です。
Rockシリーズは基本、底穴がブランドの頭文字を象ったT型なのですが、何故か数点のみ丸穴の作品が納品された時のものです。
同シリーズの中期くらいのもので、カッティングの深さも徐々に深くなっていった過程の中にあったモデルです。
invisible inkと言えば、その特徴的なグラフィックの印象が強いのですが、口縁が内側に入り込んだボウル型の植木鉢を初めて作ったことはあまり知られていません。
発売当時はまだ、現在のような園芸ブームの遥か以前でしたが、それでも熱心なファンの手によって、発売時は即完売していたモデルです。
Rockシリーズとしては丸穴のモデルはほとんど存在しない、貴重な作品ではないでしょうか。

Originally developed under the series name "Rock," this is a variant with a round bottom hole.
The Rock series has a T-shaped bottom hole, which is the initial letter of the brand, but for some reason, only one of them had a round hole when it was delivered.
This model is from the middle of the series, and was in the process of gradually deepening the depth of the cutting.
Although invisible ink is known for its distinctive graphics, it is not so well known that it was the first company to create a flowerpot with a bowl-shaped mouth rim that was turned inward.
At the time of its release, it was still far before the current gardening boom, but even so, this model was sold out immediately upon its release by enthusiastic fans.
As a part of the Rock series, the round hole model is almost non-existent, and is probably a valuable piece.
